SparkON (“we”, “us”) is an education product project. This page explains what information this website handles.

Who we are

This site is published by SparkON. For questions about privacy, contact the site owner via the order form on the Get the cards page (demo form today) or through the channels listed on the About page when available.

What this site does

SparkON is mainly a static website: study pages, card previews, and Lab Duel rules. You can browse without creating an account.

Information we may process

• Order / contact details you type in. The shop form is currently a demo and does not send data to a server. If a real order flow is enabled later, we would process the name, email, and postal address you provide only to fulfil your order and reply to you.
• Technical logs. Hosting providers (for example GitHub Pages or a domain DNS host) may automatically record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use those logs to identify you for marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not set non-essential cookies for advertising or analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required under EU/EEA rules, ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.

Legal bases (EU/EEA)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) your consent when you choose to contact us or place an order; (b) performance of a contract when fulfilling an order; and (c) legitimate interests in running and securing a static educational website, balanced against your rights.

How long we keep data

Demo form entries are not stored by us. If real orders start, we would keep order details only as long as needed for delivery, support, and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten — IMY).

Children

SparkON is designed for learners, including school-age students, with a parent or guardian where appropriate. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site’s features change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
